Resident Survey
Dear Participants

We are conducting research on large scale residential projects built by Korean firms in developing countries overseas. We would love to hear from you about how they have been translated or adapted to the legal, social, cultural, political, and economic context of those countries. This will help us contribute to resolving the information gap, marketing challenges, and institutional obstacles experienced by small- and medium-sized planning and construction firms entering developing country markets. The survey should only take 10-15 minutes that includes 6 parts to complete. Your responses are completely anonymous, and digital data will be stored in secure computer files. Unfortunately, the study does not have sufficient funds to reward online survey takers.

However, if you volunteer to participate in a focus group, you will be given a small gift (intended gift is a movie voucher for two). After this online survey, you will have the opportunity to volunteer to participate in a focus group meeting. These meetings will take no more than 2 hours in a cafe, where the researchers will provide a drink and snack. During the focus group meeting, volunteers will discuss their residences in relation to design, neighbourhood, lifestyle, etc. If you would like to participate in focus group, please tick at the last part 6 of the survey.

This study is funded through a grant from the Korean government, and is led by Associate Prof. Cuz Potter and Dr. Jinhee Park in Korea University.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email us: housing@cuzproduces.com

We really appreciate your input!

Sincerely,

Cuz Potter
